Tipsy Neighbors Spirits Mobile Event Bar
Tipsy Neighbors Spirits will provide all the bar essentials for your event.
Client must provide the alcohol of choice to provide cocktail and mixed drinks experience
Bar set up
Soda – coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger ale, etc.
Water – sparkling, soda, tonic
Juice –orange, lime, lemonade, cranberry, etc.
Garnishes- oranges, limes, lemons, olives, mint, cherries, etc.
Napkins, cups, and straws
Cocktails can be themed, unique for events, an open bar, or a limited bar experience.
We strive to make your event everything you desire; however, some supplies and garnishes will be seasonal and may not be available.
Mixed drinks are made to order and will be made fresh at time of order. Unless previously arranged batching of drinks.
Event Pricing
Price of 100-person event will be $1000.00 for a 4-hr. event. A $500.00 (or half the total amount) deposit is due upon signing of contract for services. Specifics to be discussed at event consultation appointment. Adjustments to payment for guest amount as needed and will be finalized 2-weeks prior to event date.
Gratuity of 25% is due by completion of event to each bartender per event. Tip jar on the bar can be placed for duration of event. However, if the gratuity is not equal to or greater then $250.00 per bartender per event the client will be invoice for remainer.

Liquor of choice. – Vodka, Rum, Whiskey, Tequila, etc.
10-15 750ml bottle variety
Wine of choice – 20-30 bottles variety
Beer of choice – 100-150 cans/bottles variety

Estimated Alcohol Information
Drinking Adults = Adult Guests − Light Guests (minimum 0)
Rate (light) = 0.5 drinks/hour
Rate (moderate) = 1.0 drink/hour
Rate (heavy) = 1.5 drinks/hour
Cap: total alcoholic drinks per drinker limited by safety Cap.
The total alcoholic drinks are then split by your chosen distribution:
- Beer Drinks = total Drinks × Beer Share / 100
- Wine Drinks = total Drinks × Wine Share / 100
- Spirits Drinks = total Drinks × Spirits Share / 100
These are converted using standard serving assumptions:
Spirits: 1 bottle ≈ 17 drinks (1.5 oz pours)
Beer: 1 unit per standard drink (12 oz)
Wine: 1 bottle ≈ 5 drinks → bottles = Wine Drinks / 5

How many to buy for event?
Typically for a 100-person event the number of bottles to purchase for 4-5 drinks person for 4-hour event.
Liquor- 10-15 bottles of various alcohol of choice
Wine – 30-40 bottles of various wine of choice
Champagne- 20-30 bottles of champagne of choice
Beer – 100-150 cans/ bottles of beer of choice

Full bar experience but Client is responsible for purchasing alcohol for bar service for event.
Additional Bar Menu
Champagne Bar
Champagne to be provided by Clients. We will set up the table or backboard for display with champagne flutes and napkins.
Wine Bar
Client to provide the wine of choice for the wine bar. We will provide the wine glasses and napkins.
Shot Bar
Client to provide their choice of alcohol in bottles for shots to be made. We will provide the setup and shot glasses. Jello Shots can be arranged and made prior to the event.
Mocktails
To be decided by Client and requests during event consultation.
Mocktails are made with fresh ingredients from local farms. Ingredients are seasonal and may not be available at time of event.
Mixed Drinks
Alcohol, Beer, and Wine will be provided by Client, Client’s choice
For Full Bar experience Client is responsible for purchasing alcohol for bar service for event.
